Refund & Return Policy – PureHerbs

At PureHerbs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Only sealed, unused products may be considered for return under valid conditions.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery

  • Change of mind after order confirmation


4. Refund Process

  • Once a return or refund request is approved, processing will begin within 5–7 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash after confirmation.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by PureHerbs.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Repeated order cancellations or refusals may result in restriction from future orders.


6. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved due to an error on our part, PureHerbs will bear the return shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only possible for damaged or incorrect items, subject to verification.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


8. Policy Abuse

PureHerbs reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect policy abuse, false claims, or repeated COD refusals.


9. Changes to This Policy

PureHerbs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
